Fourth Trimester Therapy Circle

Service Description

A safe space for a therapeutic group experience, Thursdays 2/2/23-3/9/23 (six weeks), for people in their "fourth trimester." Perinatal topics and issues will be discussed and processed, through psychoeducation and group therapy, including postpartum depression & anxiety, changes in self identity, stress management, and an opportunity to talk others who are experiencing similar dynamics.
